Kay Iris and crew will once again be astounding us, demonstrating their musical excellence and sharing some more original material this Saturday at 8pm, for the next in our Studio Session series.
The talented Hastings collective Kay Iris, is influenced by a mixture of folk, psychedelia, prog & country, extracting musical flavours straight from the Americana cooking pot. If you’re a fan of Fleetwood Mac, Joni Mitchell and Tedeschi Trucks Band this will be right up your street.
The Siren songstress and song writer Kayleigh- Ann’s powerful, distinctive vocals are complimented by the atmospheric and driving instrumentation provided by her equally talented band. Their music aims to captivate and transport audiences. This is a band you need to keep an eye on. Ones to watch for sure!
Recorded at Savage Sound studio, with the usual #teamaudiotrope expertise of Kevin Vanbergen on sound and Alice Denny filming the set, this is sure to be another winner.
